Our social media protest will be for each of you to wear this shirt on July 17, 2020 (the six-year anniversary of Eric Garner’s death). Take a picture of yourself in the shirt and post on all your social media channels with a PERSONAL message about social and racial injustice. In addition, send me a copy of the picture.
The next day, we will create a short video of all your pictures and post the video on our personal social media accounts, the several Stronger and Faster accounts, and the new Together We Stand-NC Instagram account @togetherwestandnc

Virtual Training With Stronger and Faster
Beginning Wednesday July 8, 2020, Stronger and Faster Durham will offer our popular SAF Strength Training for Runners class virtually. Each week, members will receive a 30-45 minute strength training program to improve muscular strength and endurance. The 12- week program will begin Wednesday July 8th.
We will offer 12 weeks of virtual SAF training for an introductory low price of $60 – yes, just $5 per training session! This price grants you access to our private Facebook group page, exercise demonstration videos, and supplementary articles. Limited equipment is suggested, including jump rope, foam roller, set of dumbbells, Weight Plate, and kettlebell.
Since 2013, the Stronger and Faster strength program has helped hundreds of runners stay injury free, improve stability, and increase sports performance. We look forward to helping you reach your goals, one training session at a time.

These programs have been designed with you in mind: they are simple and easy to implement, yet maximally effective. Each program can be done inside your own home or outside in a park or on the driveway, alone or with a partner (at a safe distance, of course).
