Virtual Training With Stronger and Faster
Beginning Wednesday April 1, 2020, Stronger and Faster Durham will offer our popular SAF Strength Training for Runners class virtually. Each week, members will receive a 30-45 minute strength training program to improve muscular strength and endurance. The 12- week program will begin Wednesday April 8th.
We will offer 12 weeks of virtual SAF training for an introductory low price of $60 – yes, just $5 per training session! This price grants you access to our private Facebook group page, exercise demonstration videos, and supplementary articles. Limited equipment is suggested, including jump rope, foam roller, set of dumbbells, Weight Plate, and kettlebell.
We will also offer a customized version of the weekly SAF class for $85 (for 12 weeks). We will work with individuals to build a customized plan based on the client’s injury history, personal goals, and available equipment.
Since 2013, the Stronger and Faster strength program has helped hundreds of runners stay injury free, improve stability, and increase sports performance. Now in 2020, we are ready to defy the odds with you. With each of these two program offerings, individual training sessions build upon one another to enable to client to get stronger in preparation for targeted race events. We look forward to helping you reach your goals, one training session at a time.

We find ourselves in a time of great uncertainty and high stress as our community works to stay safe and healthy during the COVID-19 global pandemic. Now, more than ever, is the time to set and work toward goals: committing to a flexible yet structured fitness regimen helps to maintain mental focus and to nurture hope for the future. These programs have been designed with you in mind: they are simple and easy to implement, yet maximally effective. Each program can be done inside your own home or outside in a park or on the driveway, alone or with a partner (at a safe distance, of course).
